Absolutely delicious, handmade dumplings! It's a little shop in a corridor that you might not necessarily think to venture down, but it's 100% worth it. Lovely people making noodles and dumplings by hand

Yummy dumplings for an excellent price!

I had the vegetarian whilst my partner enjoyed the pork dumplings. Your choice of steamed or deep fried. They are handmade and the fillings are delicious. I find that sometimes vegetarian dumplings can be overloaded with either mushrooms or spinach but not here. The inside filling was a perfect balance!

Lots of condiments on each table and complimentary green tea!

I cannot wait until my next visit!

Serves excellent handmade noodles prepared in front of you, Lanzhou style. Also has good handmade dumplings, lots of interesting smaller dishes to share, and a selection of Japanese dishes. The noodles are the highlight - the chef makes them in different thicknesses so your bowlful includes some thick and chewy, some thin and slippery. If you like noodles this place is really worth checking out. If you make the trip to Preston for Noodle Kingdom and are sick of waiting in line, One Noodle Friendship is just down the road in the same block.
