via RACV. The car needed towing from a friend's steep driveway to the mechanic's. The tow truck driver (I now regret not asking his name) clearly took pride in his work and was so cheerful and friendly that he certainly made an impression - I couldn't stop telling everyone about him. Even when I had to (sheepishly) ask him to retrieve items from the car AFTER he had loaded it onto the tray, he did so very happily - without any of the eyerolling or side comments I was prepared for!!

Had car towed to my home as it had broken down.The driver Lucas was very helpful and went beyond what I expected in the way of advice. Gave me great confidence as he took great care of the car and even put wooden planks down so that he wouldn't mark our driveway

After RACV advised I could not drive my car they called a tow truck. The driver arrived in reasonable time during peak hour. He greeted me by name and was extremely friendly. We had a great conversation, he (Dan, Dom sorry i can't remember his name) was obviously very proud and enthusiastic about his job and had a good sense of humour.

The RACV service man could not get my car going so he called a tow truck to take me and my car home which was a trip of more than an hour in Friday night peak hour. The tow truck driver Mark was exemplary. It was such a relaxed drive with no tailgating, speeding or hooning that I could not believe that I was in a tow truck. 10 out of 10.

My car had broken down on a very busy street in peak hour traffic. I was expecting at least an 1-2hr wait but Gurwinder Singh had arrived very quickly, exceeding my expectations. He was very friendly, professional and skilled at his job. I was very satisfied with his efforts, as he completed his task and got myself and my car safely home. Great Job, will definetely recommend to anyone needing assistance in regards to towing.

Via RACV Roadside Assistance - my car would not start, and required a tow to the mechanic. Driver Andrew Close likes to run a nice clean cab and clearly takes great pride in his occupation. On the way, we had a really interesting conversation about the company and some aspects of how it operates. I would say that Andrew is an asset to Nationwide Towing and Transport.

Jason was professional. prompt. probably the best driver i"ve seen. I called RACV, then Jason called to say he was on his way.

I had my car towed because both tyres were flat. The guy that came was absolutely brilliant, explained everything simply and quickly, and got the car towed efficiently. He was friendly and happy to go the extra mile - even though he hadn't received the proper information from RACV, he problem-solved the situation and made sure that everything went smoothly for me. Highly recommend this towing service.

My vehicle was out of order (not drivable) and so I got Nationwide to tow my car to my mechanics. The driver paid immaculate attention to my run-down vehicle, and it was obvious his training was excellent, just by observing his behavior and the little things he kept focusing on.

I will definitely be using Nationwide Towing & Transport again, as not only was the service good, but the driver was a friendly guy! We had a good laugh :)
