After 10 years of only purchasing from Narellan Sand and Soil I was recently mislead, lied to and incorrectly charged - I have literally spent over $20k for our acreage property and business related requirements. In good faith I emailed providing details of the issue hoping a manager would either call me or reply via email - unfortunately not.
As such I will never buy from them again. Research has proven it is beneficial to shop around - it would seem that Narellan Sand and Soil has become complacent and arrogant not too mention lost sight of customer service and customer loyalty.

Having recently moved into the area we bought a rental which was looking tired, so gardens were first to get a makeover.
I loved the service from both the staff and the driver however i spoke to 2 different people who supplied me with 2 different delivery quotes so a bit of communication on that level would be nice.
But overall very professional friendly and good range of products ( just missing the leaf mulch I reeeeaalllly needed.
