I have been going to MySkin for years! They have now decided to ‘cut costs’ and stop providing towels during laser appointments. This means you have to lie there naked, with no alternative offered to cover yourself. This is uncomfortable and embarrassing to say the least. This isn’t the service I’ve paid for. If you’re going to cut a crucial element of a service, then you must provide an alternative. Unfortunately, I’m still paying the same for less of a service. So unprofessional MySkin. I will take my business elsewhere if this isn’t rectified.

BUT I will suggest the music can be better !! is not the best is stressful, annoying , heavy rap style, very unappropriated and kill the nice atmosphere

They get the job done but over-sell their products which are not necessary for everybody as they would insist and don't tell you about in detail when you sign up. They sell you an after laser gel which is $40 and exfoliating serum which is $85 for 30ml. You can get similar products for way less. You really don't need them. There are many people who get by without either one at all but they will say stuff like you might get need 20 extra sessions if you don't use them. I think the staff probably go through some training regime that brainwashes them a bit. They will also want you to do 10-12 sessions plus more "maintenance" but USA websites of laser hair removals recommended 4-6.
Unlike other reviews I do think the staff are nice people and you can get laser done again if they missed a spot so ask about that policy. They do call you 2 days before hand to check you are going the appointment. I have never been late, after reading other's reviews.
Glad to have the laser done by their technicians/salon girls but their desire to make you continue and insistence on buying their products is ridiculous. I will say however that their products are definitely good. The post laser gel uses quite a few organic ingredients, smells good and feels great. Their exfoliate serum is top end but the active ingredient in it is lactic acid (ie alpha hydroxy). So do your research and u can get something similar for much less. And to be honest when they say sh*t like people who don't use it get x y z just be polite and say no thanks. I think the post laser gel they make compulsory. Check all these things before committing your $$. I got sucked in on their "special".

best laser clinic- they know what there on about and have alot of knowledge in skin. would recommend myskin 10 times over.

Absolutely appalling customer service, they are quick to cancel your appointment when you are 2 minutes late, yet happy to leave you sitting waiting every other time. Cancelled my appointment to fit someone else in because a therapist called in sick, which would be fine if it was my therapist, but it wasn't. Clearly they do not need repeat business because they treat people with condescension.

I went to Doncaster for laser hair removal. I purchased a product post-treatment on the basis of an assured refund by the staff member. I found out that I was allergic to the product and when I went to return it (still sealed and unopened with the receipt in hand) - they refused to refund it. This is not how business operates in Australia. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and I urge others to PLEASE think twice before committing to this company.

I went to myskin laser clinics in Doncaster for the Dysport injection at Doncaster branch.
They recommended 50 units of Dysport for my frown line. I felt absolutely no change after two weeks at consultation time. Clinic refused the fact that 50 units of injection should work at least a percentage and mentioned that I need another 50-70 units extra in order that the product kicks in. I asked if there is a guarantee for the outcome and they unprofessionally mentioned that they won't guarantee anything. I basically wasted my money on this service.
I won't go back there and I won't recommend this place to do any service as such.

I don't recommended this place for laser, I pre purchased six sessions for $480. I had one session and then my second session I wanted to change the area that I was getting treated. The manager would not let me change the area, event though the area I wanted treated was less expensive!
I now have $400 in credit. I have had laser previously at another clinic and their service was excellent and they are flexible if you want to change the area getting treated. Laser is expensive and make sure you go to a clinic that is flexible and put their customers first.

I was introduced to MySkin Laser Clinic from purchasing a Scoopon back in 2010... I completed the course of my laser treatment for a brazilian and purchased some more too. This was my first experience with laser and I am so glad I took the plunge. The lasers they use aren't painful - just a bit uncomfortable - kind of like being flicked with a rubber band! The nurses have always been kind and the customer service is great. They've often got deals on so you can save yourself a whole lot of money too! I am now happy to say I am hairfree all the time - there are no hassles with shaving or waxing and I go back every 3 - 4 months just to keep a top up and to stop it from growing back! They have since opened a Doncaster clinic and that's where I go now.
Highly recommend!

I have had two sessions of laser hair removal so far, and results are fantastic! Pricing is cheaper then some other similar places, and they regularly do specials. You can also get a % discount if you pre-pay which I did. Definitely worth the money!!
