Hard to find a staff when i needed a different size for a pair of shoes , needed to walk around and get assisstance from another section of the store. poor service but great quality products.

The service there was unbelievably bad, especially the fact it was there mid year sales, there was only person serving... in the end i put the item down and went to David jones

Myer is well known for its product quality. I have bought so many clothes, toys and electronics from Myer and I always found quality good. Even staff is very co-operative but always busy with customers so it take long time to check with your queries...

I'm a loyal Myer shopper, but i have to say that the store is heavily understaffed. During End of Financial Year sales, we had to wait almost an hour to for them to get shoes from the back. However, the sales are fantastic and for that reason, i would definitely go back.

The service there was horrible no help was asked and when I asked for help they didn't bother to give it properly and when complained they didn't bother replying.

I was at the MAC counter down at the cosmetics and skincare floor on a thursday and it was busy as expected. I was waiting there for a good 5 minutes for either one of their three staff to serve me. I knew what i wanted i just wanted them to get it for me. It was so long until i was even addressed, only when a customer being served knew how long i waited and nudged the sales assistant to serve me. Not happy.
