The products on offer was good but prices are abit high with very low discounts but service was good. There were no size 30 suits which was unfortunate as I wanted to buy a really nice one.

Staff approached me right away and asked if they could help me in a very friendly and polite manner. The store atmosphere was very welcoming, even for window shopping.

Terrible customer service, they lost the sale because 8-10 staff members walked right past me while I waited at the electrical goods counter. In the end, I spent $10 extra to buy this item from a direct competitor. On a separate occasion it took a staff member almost 15 minutes to process a transaction for a single item.

Good shop to look but not buy unless there's something i really need to get or when things are on special. Very pleasant place to walk around though. I often come here when i'm bored.

The prices of goods are good value when on sale, there is a huge variety of clothes and accessories to suit most people's needs. a range of designer brands to choose from.

Myer is very neat and clean ALWAYS ! Polite and courteous staff too. No wonder it is one of the most respected retail Brand in Australia. Its a pleasure to shop at any MYER store.

One day i went to Myer to look for a cooking item.my son touched the salt and pepper shaker and it fell on the floor and broke. staff member came over and said it was ok they will clean it up

myers has great fashion and quality. The stuff i have brought there has lasted me a long time the people are friendly and kind but the cost sometimes is too much for me

Customer Service in Westfield Parramatta at MENS wear is very poor. You ask them question to do something for you they ignore and say we cant help you. They take your details and never return your call. Hopeless are to shop for coorporate mens clothing
