Very poor online customer service.
Last few pairs of shoes I have purchased they don’t bother to send out after 9-14 days. No email response when enquiring why the hold up.
End up putting in PayPal disputes and they respond with ‘ sorry sold out’ …..sneaky way of keeping your money while you jump through hoops trying to find out what is going on ☹️

Poor customer service, poor stock control, they take customers money but fail to supply items. Still waiting for information on shipping after a week. Doncaster staff fail to answer phone & when they do, they are rude, disinterested and unable to use the computer system to provide answers. Have purchased many times before but never again.

Purchased and paid for a pair of shoes on the 2nd of August, was notified by Mountford's that they could not find the shoes I purchased and were sorry but would refund my money claiming this sometimes happens.
They did finally 8 days later.

I buy all my shoes at Mountfords. Excellent products with knowledgeable staff. Thank you to reliable Carmel currently at Toorak Store but usually at Glenferrie Road - always helpful and knows the products well. Hope to see you back in Hawthorn soon.

Efficient service. Great Price/ products. Items received in 3 working days from order. Parcel even came with a return bag. Will definitely buy from them again.

I have been shopping at Mountfords for some time now. But no more. I wanted to purchase 2 pairs but needed another size brought in, which Mountfords are always so willing to do. But NO during sale time,absolutely NO, even though one pair was still full price. I work very hard for the money I was going to exchange for your goods, Mountfords. And yet you expect me to trawl all over town to get your product! Forget it, you've lost a good customer and many future sales. And retailers wonder why they're going under! And you need to get rid of one particular off-hand assistant at Southland store.

On this occasion, very dissatisfied. I ordered online, the store sent my shoes with no address, therefore it took 10 days for me to receive my parcel!! I thought someone would have noticed there was no address on the parcel?? Then to top it off, it was sent again by standard postage and obviously no thought of express postage.
Not happy after the amount of money I have spent with Mountfords.

Absolutely love the shoes on offer at these stores but I only buy when they are on sale. Great selection but overpriced.

I loved the sales. The shoes are of a high quality! There was a variety of shoes from around the world. All sizes were available including half sizes.
