This is the best car dealership that I have ever been to. The staff was so kind and helpful, demonstrating a genuine interest in their customers and great at identifying the customer's needs and suggesting the perfect car accordingly. I had arrived from overseas the day before visiting the dealership, being in a rush to get a car. At Melton Toyota everything was organized for me within 2 hours once I had found the car of interest. This included roadworthy and a thorough wash of the car. As I had no transport, the sales person drove me to the bank to get the cheque and even home to allow me to have an hour rest given my jetlag - then picked me up again when the car was ready. They installed the baby seat at no extra charge, organized for the transfer papers and insurance. I was finally given a bottle of wine and chocolates to thank me for my business. It was so nice to discuss with the staff there, everyone being so eager to help. Strongly recommend!

The staff in the used car section could not be more helpful. They follow up with super after sales service, present the car in immaculate condition and even sent a photo of us taking delivery of the car for a keepsake. Best team I have ever had to deal with
