Delicious soft serve ice cream, the choc dip is my favourite.
Awesome service. I particularly liked their soft serve ice cream
We would not recommend this company. We booked them for 1 hour of service. They arrived 10 minutes late and left after half an hour.
They quoted us for 120 ice creams plus an additional cost if they served more. They ended up serving around 90 ice creams and still left early.
A number of our wedding guests missed out as they were waiting until near the end of the service before getting on.
They also offered poor communication before the event. We had to contact them a number of times to confirm the booking as we were never confident.

Your event was in the Yarra Valley. Our operator travelled all the way from Melbourne CBD and was on time. As the event was held in a winery the operator had to wait for specific entry instructions from the venue upon arrival. This may of taken 5 minutes.
Also we take pride in our high level of communication. We have a record of the emails you sent us and all your emails were answered the same business day.
Also the operator served 120 ice creams as all the catering and venue staff came for an ice cream.
To further clarify the operator was instructed by the event organiser he could leave after serving all ice creams.
All this was explained in an email to you.
Great service for events and birthdays. Used them for my nieces 2nd bday. All the kids loved it. Oh and so did the parents haha.

We hired a Mr Whippy van from Matrix Fun Foods for our twins 6th birthday. Everyone loved it, including the adults. The van arrived on time, service was very prompt and friendly, and the ice-creams were delicious. Highly recommend!

I've used these guys service and it is brilliant. They quoted me amazing rates and I was even able to profit on my event. They have a delicious variety of fun foods to choose from and they are a delight to deal with. Will definitely be hiring their services soon. Based in Melb but will do events in other cities.
Great concept. Reasonable prices. They come to you. Great for a kids party, event or function. Highly recommend these guys for a slick service and something different. My guests love the Matrix Ice Cream Team!
True to their word. On time. Great surprise for guests and friends. Would receommend for fundraising functions or events. Great treat for an afternoon.
