I read all the good reviews then on my first visit this!
Where do I start? Firstly the lady in front of me was already waiting to be served When I walked in, only to be I ignored twice by the staff member who went to answer the phone not even acknowledging either of us, which quite frankly was very rude. Really all she had to do was pick up the phone and ask the person to wait while she took our orders then back to the phone. Most other takeaways manage that but clearly she hasn’t been taught proper customer service.
After she attended the two calls she didn’t even bother asking us if we had ordered. Off she went to another task. You could clearly see we were waiting in line. Once the lady in front of me was served by a different staff member I was left waiting at the counter. Finally my order was taken but I wasn’t given a number like everyone else or she didn’t ask my name to put on the order docket. How the hell she going to be remember who the food is for? It was very busy on this night I was there. The other thing I found partially odd was that The staff weren’t placing the order dockets in the sequence they had been ordered in. The old man on the grill was a rude and arrogant who needs to learn how to speak to people, especially staff.
I observed one staff member constantly watching over another and not doing anything on the other end of the kitchen... finally 25 minutes later my food is called. But when she calls it she’s not standing in view where she can see the customers she’s yelling the order from behind the Bain Marie. What was I supposed to do, yell back at her?
I won’t go back the food was average and service lacked anything to be desired. I get better service at woolies!! Pick up your game!!!!

One of the best in a small country town. Pizzas are awesome and fast with great service. The staff here are doing a great job and I always enjoy food from here. I don't go here as often as I used to but only due to moving further away. Miss them.

was an easy place to grab a snack on the way to or from home, when getting car serviced they have seats outside to sit & eat as well as waiting for my car to be fixed with the girls so didn't have to find a way home

Great place, great food. They have large portions and are fast and friendly. Usually have good deals available as well. I use them fairly regularly and would most definitely recommend

The service here is excellent. Their takeaways are great value for money. It is a challenge to eat it all as their portions are large. Excellent crumbed fish; their chips are delicious. Highly recommended.
