i love this place it is a nice location, fantastic quality food, filling too, great service and well i could go on for ages about this place, suffice it to say all my experiences have been great.

they're always happy to let us browse and friendly. they don't mind my boys running around either. they do their best to help and will hunt down what you require if they don't have it. they are a small mum and pop business and aren't anything fancy, but they are always welcoming.

slow to get points up but otherwise easy to use and no complicated, or boring, surveys, they are usually fairly straightforward and don't take too much time.

i requested a quote online, they were prompt to get back to me and called at a reasonable hour, were polite, and did their best to try and meet my needs. they answered all my questions ensuring i understood the answers.

i was walking through with my sons they picked up a ball that was left lying in the aisles and i asked them to say excuse me to one of the women in the bigw shirts and give it to them, he went to the nearest one, who was half a metre away from where he found the ball, who was having a talk about weekend plans with another staff member, he politely excused himself and said "i found this ball over there" the staff member snapped at him and said "he picked it up he should put it back, and he should not lie" i was gobsmacked, my son is 4. up until this visit to the store i usually enjoyed my visits. this experience has greatly lessened my opinion of the store.

i went in to get a ring resized. a ring my nan left for me in her will. they lookied at the ring for me very carefully, and gave it a polish, they regretfully told me that they wouldn't do the work for me, they didn't want to risk damaging the ring, especially considering the sentimentality behind it. they suggested alternatives without being pushy. giving me cost estimates throughout. they were friendly, helpful and showed they cared about the clients not just quotas.

these people are really friendly and treat you as though they have known you for years, like you're family. they are easy going and fairly understanding. always happy to chat, or not, depending on what you are in the mood for, they are generous and at times go the extra mile. they are all local people and are just phenomenal. i have never had a bad experience.

they've always been fantastically helpful and quick to serve giving reliable, friendly and patient advice. we've been there a few times and they've always explained things clearly and been really good about my 3 kids under 5. if we're talking to one of their people about loans they give the kids toys and books to play with so we can discuss things properly with minimal interruption. kid friendly means parent friendly means customer friendly.

whilst searching for pest control in my area online i stumbled across novopest and put in a request for a quote. they got in touch with me that day, at a reasonable time and quoted me a very reasonable price of less than $200 for the full job. they took the time to answer all my questions. they were friendly, professional, prompt and polite.
