When someone's not coming into work, it can be a real panic. Or it used to be, without Mc Arthur. We have found them to be prompt, efficient and very professional at all times.

Both the sick staff member or management can ring them at any time - they have an after hours number with a real person who takes your requirements and passes them onto the correct person as soon as possible. So if you ring overnight, they will contact you back at 6.30 in the morning to advise of the staff they have available.

We usually use them as our first port of call since the staff they supply have the appropriate government checks and qualifications - if you go by "I've got a friend" etc, something usually goes wrong.

All relievers we've ever had have been of high quality and we have our favourite ones which we request if they are available.
They bring their timesheet and fill it in right there and then.

Usually someone from Mc Arthur office rings the next few days after to check if the person performed well and to get general feedback.

They consist of many types of staff - nursing, aged care, administrative, sales, teaching, social work, accounting etc. We would certainly recommend their services.
