I was wronged and treated like a criminal even though I have been a regular at the salon. Never once have I received an apology from them. I wrote a bad review in Facebook after a bad experience last night and I was asked to put it down on the phone today. I said no and comments on Facebook have been disabled. So I wrote a reply in instagram and they deleted my comments and blocked my instagram. They think I am lying and trying to scam them, when in fact it is them who have been dishonest and trying to scam me the whole time.
Just so everyone knows, I never used the welcome voucher for M-rewards more than once. You confused them with my stamp card collection reward. Also, how did I even register for multiple entries? If there are more than one person living in the same address, is that considered as multiple entries?
The guy I spoke to on the phone today when I called to ask for a $10 credit to be put back on my card, kept asking me why I over paid and I had to explain to him I planned to keep coming back and that's just how I have been doing it in the past years, I have always paid in advance but after what happened last night I don't intend to come back again so that's why I want a refund. He said he could not process it without the card being present, but over the past 6 years I have always paid over the phone in advance without the card being present. He said I have to come to the salon and I'll be given cash. He also said "we are happy not to have you as a customer again."

I have three haircuts and one colour from here. The haircuts were very good and stylish. The colouring services are fantastic. However, the prices are a bit hefty but that can be overlooked for the quality of the cut and colour. The level of service is fantastic and I will recommend it to other. My advice is to use the promotional packages for better value especially if you are looking to colouring hair.

My grievience is this.
Prior to Christmas I went with the deal to pay the $150.00 up front, which I totally agreed to. However prior to doing this at no stage was I advised THAT I COULD NOT USE THIS WITH ANY OTHER SPECIAL. My next appointment was today 11/02/2010, thinking I only had to pay a balance, I chose to go with the current special, to be advised to the contrary, and you know where I am coming from. In December I paid $360.00 up front which is a lot of money and the deal with my $150.00 that I have paid is minimal. It is called DUTY OF CARE.
