This morning I awoke to the unmistakable aroma of cat urine. To my horror, I realised that my feline had peed on herself, my doona and through to the mattress!

Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!

It stank terribly and I'd only recently had Steve come to clean it, so I was less than impressed! Miserable and rather sick moggy admitted to animal hospital for treatment and I came home to deal with the mess - sprinkling bicarb soda on and hoping for a miracle. That miracle came through. Within 2 hours of my call on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, Steve arrived at my door!

My mattress is drying now and the smell is gone, so I'm eternally grateful. As always, impressed with Steve - his speed of response, efficiency of service and his always cheerful demeanour. He did a great job on our carpets and mattresses recently and today he was a sanity-saver! Would HIGHLY recommend him!

Steve has come to our house to clean the carpets twice now. Both times he has done such a fantastic job and is a really lovely, polite guy.

Steve not only bailed me out at short notice after two other carpet cleaning appointments were no shows, he did a super quick and super clean job of steam cleaning my carpets at end of lease.
And then..., he cleaned a 4x6 muddy carpet free as a housewarming gift! WOW - renewed my faith in the Aussie Spirit!

Thank You Steve for the amazing job, you did on my mattress. My mattress had sweat stain on it and looked sad. But after Steves magic treatment the stains are gone and the. Mattress is as good as new. It had the peroxide treatment done on it which had me sleeping elsewhere for the night but totally worth it. Steve also offer to do a second mattress at no charge but I only had the one.
I would recommend his service.

I am so happy with the result of this clean. I suffer from dust mite allergy, so had my mattress treated by Steve. He not only did the mattress but my curtains, pillows and also feather doona - the doona was an experiment, he was trying out a new type of dust mite technology. I was used to waking up with allergy symptoms but I can honestly say since this service it I have not had any allergies in my bedroom at all! Steve is professional and cares about what he's doing.

Had a new mattress delivered that had marks on it left from the delivery crew that dropped it off. Was able to get Steve out the following day (on a weekend!) to sort things out for me. He was quick, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing.

I had 2 Mattresses, 2 duvets and approx 6 pillows cleaned and rid of dust mites. Steve was on time and very helpful.
