We had Steve clean our carpets when we moved out of our rental. He showed up early, worked quickly, sent through a receipt on the spot and all for a fair price. The carpets looked amazing--stains that had been present since before we moved in came out nicely!

Steve was early, super efficient, and polite. My mattress is 10+ years old, but that night I had the best sleep I've had for a long time. I'm pretty sensitive to chemicals but have had absolutely no reaction to the methods used to sanitise it and remove the dust mites - there was no smell whatsoever after he was finished, if anything the mattress and doona 'smelled' clean. I usually wake up after about 3 hours with sinus problems - have since been able to sleep much longer. Highly recommend this service, definitely worth the money (even though it was pretty cheap, in my opinion).

I contacted Steve for carpet cleaning after reading reviews here and found him to be friendly, professional, with an easy going can do attitude which is so refreshing. He arrived on time, did a fantastic job and even gave me tips on how to get rid of furniture marks on the carpet! Stephen's mattress cleaning service went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did Stephen do an amazing job with both of our mattresses, which came up looking almost brand new, despite one being very old and the other with multiple dog stains, he is just a wonderful, genuine individual! We had the loveliest chat over a coffee while he waited for the mattress to dry, and I could tell immediately that this is someone who is not only extremely passionate about what he does, but does not compromise on the quality of the products he uses and the service he provides.
