I came in with three scripts this morning and was told to wait for approximately 10 minutes
However, after seeing more people collecting their scripts , albeit they arrived after me
I waited 23 minutes
Very very unhappy
And when I asked one assistant
She told me
Oh it’s coming
And 5 min after
Again “ it won’t be long it’s coming “
A lovely lady from make up department even came to help me as she saw me waiting for such an abnormal length of time
I’m very sad that you can not deliver a service , or an apology for that matter
I asked to get my three scripts back and walked out
No apology offered at all from your chemist in charge
Just standing there looking wondering what is so upsetting
Ask if they would like to wait 23 min for their script ok

I'm very lucky to have this as my local chemist. I've gone in here with all sorts of needs - first aid, scripts, gifts, over the counter. There are heaps of assistants in there and they're all incredibly helpful. The chemist himself John Riordan is lovely to talk to if he's not busy behind the counter (and he's a bit easy on the eye!). Well done Forest Lake Malouf!

I really like the set up of this pharmacy. They obviously get very busy so they've got more service staff than I've seen in other pharmacies. They are friendly, attentive, and competent and I've had a good experience every time I've been here (many times). Usually I go to get a prescription filled or to find a little gift on one of their gift racks.

I purchased a pair of support hose which had to be carefully fitted for medical reasons. The staff were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. It's a well laid out store with plenty of staff available.

Really great local chemist, but not as cheap for prescriptions as the discount chemist. Great variety of make up and perfume. Nice baby nurse there on Thursdays but you need to make an appointment. Always a busy store, so drop off you script and do some shopping.

These guys are always friendly and very helpful. I don't have to wait very long before someone approaches me for service which l think is fabulous

This is by far the most delightful chemist I've been to. The girls are always helpful. You can pop in for advise without needing to make a purchase! They even give phone advise for mums with babies - if they dont have an item in stock, they are always willing to special order!

I live near the shopping center and this pharmacy is my closest. It has a variety of products and has two entry points for the customer's convenience so they don't have to walk through the shopping center. Staff are friendly and not as bad as that person said it was.

5 minutes before closing time I was greeted with doors being closed. I asked the young girl could I please grab some sensitive band-aids for my young daughter. She then asked another lady standing close behind who looked me up and down and told the girl "no we are closed". I then jumped in the car and drove down to Angelo Berttino's who saw me coming when locking the door and thank goodness served me. Living in Forest Lake for 14 years has seen me spending an awful lot of money with this business only to be disappointed several times and this was the final straw.

I always shop here and find their range of products are outstanding also the gift packs that they carry are excellent as well as all the health products there is something for everybody
