My first visit here was for a script renewal. I booked online and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time. I wasn't seen for 1.5 hours (all for a 5 minute appointment). I gave it the benefit of the doubt and booked in again a couple of months down the track. Again I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time and wasn't seen for over 2 hours...only to be told that the Dr I had booked had gone home for the day. This made me quite upset. This is not good enough and I do not recommend this practice to anyone. The reception staff were rude, disinterested and unhelpful on both occasions. I also feel unsatisfied with the nurses credentials when I was there also. She was rude, complacent and unpresentable. I would not trust her with a needle.
This practice is clearly OVER booking and should cancel if they running so far behind on their schedule. The waiting time is far too long.
I cannot express how disappointed I am. I will not be returning.

Wouldn't go near this place again The doctors are pathetic it's only used as a cash cow for the$$$$$$$$ .plus the women there reception are bitches

Took my nephew in had a little split on his forehead receptionist wasnt helpful, there was no nurse so the doctor wasnt able to see him so she said, we were turned away while he was still bleeding, wouldnt recommend it for emergencies even though there open late its useless. Wasnt happy at all.

Long wait about 40 min but with no appointment needed that's great. The doctors are nice and didn't seem like he as in a rush to get rid of me.

Very long waiting, reception staff are friendly, doctors not so nice and seem to rush you. No toys in the waiting area for kids.

They are open 7 days a week and there are plenty of doctors available.And the best thing is ,you don't have to wait long to see the doctor.In addition to that you could get your blood tests done or get your injections at the same place.The nurses are very professional and friendly.There is ample parking space too.You could also buy your prescribed medicine at the pharmacy located inside.

Quick service if you can get there during "off peak" times. Usual waiting period of about 40 minutes during peak hours (7.30am-10am and 3pm-6pm).

I was unable to get an appointment with my regular doctor so called into this practice, where no appointment is necessary. They have at least ten doctors on duty at any one time and are open from 7AM to 10PM seven days a week. The doctors are excellent. You can request a particular Doctor with a small wait or can have any doctor and virtually no wait.
