Customer service shocking. Rude, obnoxious man serving. Ask a question about a pet to buy there and I get "what do you want me to tell you?!! You take a risk with everything in life!" with attitude and just plain nastiness throughout my dealings with them. I def wont be back! Surprised you're still in business.

This client wanted a very specific animal for a specific date which was then was brought in on request, to then have the client unsure if they even wanted it, and asking questions that cannot be answered such as "Will this animal get along with one I bought elsewhere?" after numerous e-mails and a very lengthy discussion in store on what the chances of success or failure would be from both the animals breeder and myself the client was not willing to accept any answer given. After nearly a decade of owning this business I have learnt that no matter how much effort is gone to some people just cannot be made happy even if the animal is in perfect condition and is exactly what was requested.

The "very specific animal" requested was in response to your gumtree ad so if you dont want people emailing you then don't advertise online. Do you realise that every animal has a personality, they are all individual, so it is NOT like picking out a magazine to buy. If the animal doesn't feel right for the particular client's child to buy then one SHOULD NOT have to feel bullied into buying it just to please the pet shop owner!!! You didn't even let my child interact with the animal, what do you expect, buy them from looking outside the cage?! These are living creatures and a long term responsibility that one doesn't just jump into. And anyway, you were able to sell the requested animal 2 days later to someone else so how much were you put out?! And just so you know, asking questions is a means of obtaining information to make sure one is armed with all they need in taking on the care and proper ownership of any pet! If you know nothing about it then why sell them? You also need to let the customers handle the animals to ensure they would like them instead of huffing and puffing about how the animal "wouldnt be having a very good day" because you had to take them out of their cage! Your attitude is unbelievably obnoxious! Your business, as indeed any business, survives on customers, yet you justify your rude behaviour by saying you just cant please everyone???? WOW, yep being abused wont make anyone happy nor very pleased, funny about that. Horrid customer experience, left feeling abused! I've never been treated like this in my life. Two interactions with you on two separate days confirm you were not just having a bad day. It's just not good enough.

This pet shop is clean and well stocked with a big variety of animals and food. The owner is very knowledgable and helpful. The fish tanks are very clean with a large range available. They also stock things like frogs, turtles, crabs, live food, birds, rabbits etc. Can not ask for more in a pet shop.

I have been into this shop a few times for pet supplies (accessories for my little dog) and have found their service to be excellent! Much better than the previous pet shop that use to exist at this premises, big thumbs up :)
