What great bread and baked goods!
Haven't been here before, so can't compare to old, but this is definitely a good stop for the next time I'm in the area.

Such a wonderful assortment of delicious fresh food, they have so much on offer it is always difficult to know what to have. Coffee is always nice, really like their pies, pasties, sausage rolls and cakes. So yummy.

My girlfriend and I were on our way home after visiting a friend when we decided to stop for a coffee and something light to eat. This bakery was a great place to stop, we enjoyed our coffee and our pies were delicious, especially liked the pastry. Very tasty, staff were very pleasant aswell.

When having a day out we like to have a coffee and a light lunch at the Lobethal Bakery. The soup is great on a cold wet day and so are the pies and pasties. Nice eating area in a well kept space. Lovely staff to serve you too. One of our favourites for a top up and go on our way.

Our last lunch on this holiday was had here. Very nice pie, custard tart and a mug of coffee. Nice dining area with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good size parking area which was great for car and caravan. Look forward to coming again when here on a day out

I visit the Woodside location more than the Lobethal one, but I always order the same things. They have amazing doughnuts that don't make you feel greasy and perfectly textured vanilla slices. Their cafe area is simple and inviting. The pastry for the pies/pasties/etc. is beautifully golden and crisp. The pies are NEVER cold in the middle! They have a great range of gelati which they serve in generous portions. Would recommend the bee-sting cake - the cream they use is perfectly sweet yet not overpowering. Some items are a little pricey...but it's fresh baked everyday, so you get what you pay for.

I love the lobethal bakery. It's a must whenever you drive into the Adelaide Hills particularly when you go to see the Lobethal Lights at Christmas time.

There pies and sausage rolls are just the best, along with their donuts and meringues. All the other sweets look delicious too.

I love the Lobethal Bakery both the one at Lobethal and in Woodside, they have the best chocolate donuts and beesting cake yum yum yum...I always shop here and growing up in the hills the prodcust from this bakery was a daily appearance at our table including their bread rolls and blackforest cakes. I could go on and on all day.

I always make a stop here when I am in Lobethal. The ladies at the front are friendly and efficient. If the sandwich roll you want is not available, they are happy to make one up for you. I like how you can eat in or takeaway. I dine in when I have my children with me. There is always plenty of parking, and even when they are at there busiest, they always have enought staff on so that you aren't waiting long to be served.

Awesome flakey pastry! Finally found some pasties and sausage rolls with flavour. Am dying to try a doughnut!
