I met Liz at a networking function and straight away I felt calm and confident of her abilities to ease away stress. She specializes in deep tissue massages and can spend up to 3 hours with one person if it is required. A client of mine has regular massages and she is always willing to try someone for us and give us her thoughts. I love what I do and work hard to listen to the clients body, finding both the shallow and deep tension and work with the client to reduce and remove it.
Not a light and fluffy massage but you will feel like it afterwards ;-)
