Amelia from Lisa Staffing Solutions got us a wonderful, experienced babysitter. The payment arrangements were simple and efficient and no paperwork hassle. The babysitter herself was amazing with my children and it really took the stress out from a potentially meltdown evening! I was incredibly impressed with Lisa's Staffing Solutions. I was travelling to Melbourne and needed a babysitter. It's absolutely essential for me for an agency to be trustworthy, reliable, and able to send someone they've completely vetted, especially when I don't have an opportunity to meet with the babysitter before the booking. The babysitter that Brooke arranged (named Ashlee) was fantastic. She immediately put my child at ease, and my partner and I felt very confident leaving our child in her care. Ashlee communicated with us through the evening, and we felt totally at ease. The whole process of finding a babysitter in an interstate location was made so easy, and I will definitely be using their services next time I'm in Melbourne.
Just wish they would open a Sydney branch! Highly recommended.

Brook recently assisted us by arranging for Alana to help us out with child care over the summer school holidays. Alana was wonderful. She came with game an activities prepared for the kids, engaged them in activities they were interested and still managed to find time to clean the house and put out the washing. It made our day so much easier and I the kids really enjoyed the time with Alana. (The kids enjoyed it so much I was told we should go out more so Alana could look after them again!!!!) I was so worried about leaving my one year old for the first time especially as we were down from Sydney so in a strange place for my little one. Brooke helped me book in a nanny she really listened to my worries (I'm a very nervous mum) and picked me a perfect nanny that covered what I was looking for. Brooke put me a ease and when I met our dedicated nanny for the night Naomi I couldn't have been happier she was incredible. Naomi exceeding any expectations I had I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving her. I just wish Brooke and Naomi were based in Sydney so we could use them all the time. If your looking for a nanny don't look any further these guys are the best.

Hired a babysitter named Jordyn from here. She was amazing. Lovely, punctual, very trustworthy. The phone service from the agency was amazing, and they got it all organised for us with only 24 hours notice. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
