Went there with 10 people for my bday on 28/9/16. Went to cafe to have coffee and when asked for a highchair / change table was told no don't have them here.

Update to my previous review.
New owners have taken over, the quality has gone down and the price has gone up.
Frozen veg, undercooked chips and overcooked fish
We won't be back

For many years I have eaten at this RSL with the family - tonight 22/ Sep 2015 we were very disappointed with the change of management in the kitchen - the smorgasbord was gone and the Chinese was very plain on the menu, but worst of all it was full of MSG - the waitress told us it was in everything on the menu ---- very very DISAPOINTING -

After changing hands in late June 2012 on our first visit we were happy to find that both the menu & new items were an improvement. Having been long term customers we were concerned the service would decline with the change, however our fears were soon alleviated.
Our one complaint is the new member/non-member prices on EVERY item, being around 12% more for a non-member. Being a member of another RSL we had not previously joined Kingsgrove. This seemed an impossible to manage situation, the staff were completely inept & the line-up unacceptable.
We did soon after the visit join Kingsgrove RSL as we would save the membership costs on the first visit, It is as unworkable way to price items & should be a discount for members instead.
The good thing is it's still excellent food although more expensive. The club in general has a distinct lack of parking which can be difficult at times.

Approximate cost: $18-$22

Visit the club on a Friday or Saturday as they offer kids club sessions for a very small fee (two time slots available, bookings essential). Order your meal first from the Chinese Bistro so kids can eat, send them in the enclosed kids area to keep occupied for two glorious hours, whilst the adults eat, relax and catch up!!!
