After having some terrible experiences with hairdressers, I was nervous about getting my hair done by a completely new hairdresser. The minute I walked in through the door I knew that I made the right choice in changing hairdressers. This was one of the best experiences I have had from start to finish I was pampered and made to feel like like a VIP. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Roman you did a truely wonderful job and you were right this new look is fabulous! I can not wait to see what you do with my hair in my next appointment. X

From walking into salon, until walking out it the service was excellent, staff who were very professional and pleasant and For the first time in a long time, hair stylist who appeared to take a pride in their work and the end result while always valuing the customer. A lovely experience. Happy with cut and colour and will be going back.

Had a DIY bleach job which went wrong so after much research and seeing they've got great reviews, I decided to give Capelli Da GG a try.

The staff were incredibly awesome, reassured me that I would walk out the salon happy and they were right! We spent a good 7 hours fixing my hair, getting rid of the previous patchiness and lightening it to a colour I absolutely love. They were really patient and didn't rush through the process, making sure every strand of my hair was treated. The amount of love and care they put into my hair was out of this world!

They absolutely made me feel at home, and I love that they're such fun people! Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with them - can't wait to go back again!

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, everyone was welcoming and from that point I knew I was in the right place, My hair color and cut was amazing and have had lots of compliments and will continue to look forward to my future appointments

When I walked into the Salon I was straight away greeted and asked to fill out a questionnaire/information card about my personal thoughts on my hair, what had gone wrong/right with previous hair dressers etc and exactly what I wanted from my visit to Capelli da GG. Over the past month I'd had 2 disaster visits to other hair dressers and once and for all needed it fixed and to finally be happy with my hair and in turn, my appearance.
Kristen sat down with me and went through a full consultation of my recent disasters, spent time looking at my hair assessing how it could look the best it could, explaining in detail what she could see had been done wrong in the past and ensuring me today I'd walk out the salon feeling 100% happy – she was right! I have never been to a hair dresser who is so particular about every strand of hair she touches, she explained the products she was using and what was in them. Another thing I loved about the hairdressing salon as a whole is that they don't move from client to client, this can often mean colour/toner is left in too long OR they rush getting your hair done which is what normally leaves clients unsatisfied with their result, I did not see this once on Saturday, I was very surprised and can honestly say it's a major standout difference to every other salon I've ever been in!
When it came to getting my hair cut, I didn't feel like I had to say anything, I trusted her judgement and let her shape it as she saw fit, and loved the result!
Sorry about the long review BUT basically, it was just so refreshing to go to a hair dresser and have it so obvious that hairdressing is Kristen's PASSION, not just her career. The fact that she was down to earth and so friendly was a bonus. Thanks guys, see you in December for my next appointment 

I had my hair done here a few weeks ago, staff were friendly and great environment but walked out with my hair being incomplete on one side which made me go to another hairdresser to fix it up and wasn't too pleased with that.
