Seamless move from start to finish. On time! Clear communication and professional team. Loved the way they set up with ramps to veranda so could trolley most things safely across the wood floors with care.
Believe me, I have paid sometimes twice for no where near the service these guys gave.
No damage. Great attitude even with a very fussy body corporate the other side that made life more complicated. Thanks Jake’s removal for a top effort.

Our Removalists (Ming & Jerry - Its been over a week and cant quite remember their names!) were fabulous, careful but quick, friendly, really hard workers! We were really happy with the service and will be recommending to everyone we know! Well worth the money & a simple process to book, good communication too

This was my second move with Jake's. The guys were fabulous and very careful, with a lot of extras at the last minute they handled all my requests and offered helpful suggestions. Top move, would recommend Jake's to anyone.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience - no furniture protection used, no care taken, they put a hole in a modular couch that now requires complete reupholstery, they chipped paint off a wall (and tried to repair with completely the wrong colour), they dropped cushions in the mud but worst of all, no remorse!!!

They went out of their way to make claiming insurance difficult and I’m now $3k out of pocket for repairs and they won’t even help taking the couch to the upholsterer and back which is just down the road.

Not to mention that this whole saga has played out over 3 months and throughout they have been completely unhelpful throughout.

Every upholsterer I spoke to for quotes were so surprised that they were trying to get away with repairing the one piece. This is not typical practice at all.

Booked and Paid deposit. On the day said they would be atleast 4 hours late, then 6. Then at 6pm called to say only one man could come and I would have to help (I’m a small lady) and would be working after curfew illegally, same price. Didn’t answer my calls, office was rude and hung up on me. Still had to chase deposit multiple times. Would not recommend.

Friendly service and better value for money than other companies. They even disconnected and reconnected my washing machine without fuss. Much appreciated! :)

Punctual, polite, professional. I thought the value was fantastic compared to other quotes I got. Moved a 6T truck from Fitzroy to Torquay in 4.5 hours, for about $1k. Including paying a 3rd man too. Navigated furniture up stairs without issue. Nothing broken. Would recommend.
