This is the worst repair shop ever!!! Liers and rip offs!!!! Go else where and save yourself the hassle. I was lied to. I was told they could fix my iPad so it was like new and same as going to apple store plus I’d get a 3 month warrenty. When I picked up iPad, it was still bent and wasn’t working properly, I went back to store to get them to re-fix it plus had a 3 month warrenty on repair.....I was then verbally abused and told that no way he was going to fix it. When questioned about 3 month warrenty on promise to fix in first place, I was told he didn’t care and he’d done this to people before and there was nothing I could do but to go away!!! I left shaking. How is this business still able to run??? Save the hassle and go elsewhere!!!!

Phone returned to the store three times and still not fixed. Store refused to give a refund but eventually refunded half the repair cost after intervention from the Dept of Fair Trading. incompetent and unethical.
Phone repaired was SONY XPERIA Z3. If you Google you will probably find many bad review about this particular phone. Unfortunately you are one of those customer who would not appreciate the job. Even though we offered to repair his phone again for free as it was still under 3 months warranty he wanted us to refund him full amount. He tried taking us to Fair Trading but tough luck he couldn't get full refund!
Now he is complaining about it to sabotage our business but thank God we have many happy customers who do not hesitate to recommend our service to anybody.
Chris don't waste your time and mine and get real. You better buy better phone and you don't have to worry about it!!!
Thank you for confirming your failure to repair the phone (re-glue the screen) despite three attempts and your refusal to provide a refund. Rather than buy a "better" phone I found another repairer capable of glueing a screen and without smearing glue over the camera lens in the process.
Well if you keep trying to pill off the glue from the phone and complain what do you expect!

Professional advice was give for me to change my phone plan, also bought an external charger which turns out to be quite cheap.
