I have been here several times and have taken visitors and friends here, all with fantastic feedback! the food here is fresh, tasty and genuine. It is a down to earth dining venue for anyone - family, friends, couples. My favourite dish is the spaghetti marinara which has a hint of Chilli! Worth a visit

A family restaurant that has all the charm of old Italy stuffed into every nook and cranny. It's name comes from the old cart that still sits inside the restaurant. If you look around, you'll see that some of the chairs have the names of famous people written on the back of them. These are the people who have eaten at Il Caretto and those are the chairs they've sat in... It's proven by the large photographs on the walls. Pizza, pasta, seafood and a family atmosphere is what you'll find here and for what you get, the prices are extremely acceptable.

I have eaten here many times, it is always busy there. We ordered pizza, and then coffee's. They do like ppl to get in, eat and then get out. Pizza was very good, and I will be going back there again.

My husband and I went here one saturday night for dinner. We ordered garlic bread, when it arrived it looked very cheap. The garlic bread log I buy from safeway looked better than what we got. We ordered pizza and when it arrived it was rather greasy/oily and total disappointment. We'd rather go to Mc Donalds than this place.

Approximate cost: $20.00
