Dean and Dave were both super friendly and great to deal with, the most impressive thing was their attitude that absolutely nothing was a problem for them. Even with a reasonably difficult move (apartments and elevators) - it was all like water off their backs.

We had 2 lovely guys assigned to our job who barely stopped all day over a 10-hour period to help make our big move as stress free as possible.

I was impressed from the start with the advice from the HomeMove Masterminds. My enquiry was promptly answered by a phonecall (not an anonymous email with a vague quote) They were patient with my numerous questions and made the moving package streamlined and easy to understand. They were particularly helpful with providing advice on moving heavy objects (exercise bike, wooden queen-sized bed, chests of drawers) down a flight of stairs so that I had peace of mind that we would be able to move all our required furniture. The Heroes arrived on time, both for the packing and also on moving day and worked non-stop to finish the job, which was a big one. I was impressed with their politeness and cheerfulness, and with how, even at the end of a long and gruelling day nothing was too much trouble. We will eventually be returning to our newly renovated house in the future and I will definitely be choosing HomeMove to do the return trip.

Jacob and Phil were absolutely lovely despite the rather dire circumstances (we couldn’t operate the lifts for 2h) and handled it all so gracefully. They were incredibly kind and good spirited, had great communication skills and I couldn’t possibly be more thankful.

When presented with potential problems (difficult washing machine position, piano, etc.) the guys were unfazed and got the job done.

We were under time constraints but the guys helped us make our deadline.
