My enquiry was promptly answered by a phonecall (not an anonymous email with a vague quote) They were patient with my numerous questions and made the moving package streamlined and easy to understand. They were particularly helpful with providing advice on moving heavy objects (exercise bike, wooden queen-sized bed, chests of drawers) down a flight of stairs so that I had peace of mind that we would be able to move all our required furniture. The Heroes arrived on time, both for the packing and also on moving day and worked non-stop to finish the job, which was a big one. I was impressed with their politeness and cheerfulness, and with how, even at the end of a long and gruelling day nothing was too much trouble. We will eventually be returning to our newly renovated house in the future and I will definitely be choosing HomeMove to do the return trip.
