Redcliffe has a little problem. Because most of the business in restaurants is done on the weekends, on weekdays they employ people with less ability. Even a chain like Hog's Breath serve poorly cooked meals Monday to Thursday.
Weekends is okay, but weekdays it should be avoided.

I went here for a meal with friends, and I wasn't impressed. The food was great, but the service and time for the meal was awful! They seem to be very expensive too! I was offered a meal here with another friend and had to decline as I wasn't willing to waste my time or money here. They could improve a lot in my book.

I don't mind hogs breath Redcliffe but they are pretty inconsistent. One day they're really good and the next time you go you wait ages and it's terrible. We don't go there much now but I must admit - the steaks are great when we do. We always ask first how long our meal will take to come out (before we order).
We've eaten at Hog's Breath a few times and it's always a great meal. The food tastes fantastic, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the cost is pretty decent (especially considering how BIG the meals are!). I recommend their steak - obviously! - because it is top-notch.

We went here to try the lunch specials and was disappointed to only find that there were ONLY 3 specials for $9.90 to choose from. Felt abit sucked in, but since we were already there, we just went with 2 from the 3 to choose from. The service was great and the meals didn't take that long to come out which was tops! Love the location overlooking the water.

One of the best steaks I've ever had in my life. Love the curly fries. The drinks and deserts were delicious and a great time was had by all.

had 2 meals here and both times very bad experience, waited for nearly an hour for food and a TUESDAY night. meat was fatty and vegies were stone cold. could barely understand waitress and she just mumled.
