Excellent service, staff polite and well kept. Food is more than acceptable. It is hardly fine dining but not marketed as such. Good for children as offers a kids eat free night and colouring in for children. The Quesadilla Con Carne at $11.95 is classified as a starter but VERY generous in size and really very delicious. The prime rib was also exceptionally and surprisingly delicious however the meal was let down by the vegetables which were undercooked and very average - corn, brocolli and carrot. The sticky date pudding was really good and had lovely good quality icecream served with it. While generally this type of dining is not our choice we were more than satisfied and surprised at the excellent level of service.

The food is awesome, although not a lot of options for vegetarians. The steaks are quite nice and the service is fantastic.

We were here a few nights ago and they had run out of Prime rib steak. This is the steak that they marinate for 18 hours. We had already been given our drinks so we decided to get the normal steaks they have anyway. I wasn't very impressed with our meals and probably wouldn't go back again. It's a shame because we have been to the one in Doveton and Chadstone a few times and have always had a great meal. Perhaps this was just a one off...

The food is good quality, but probably overpriced on some of the items on the menu. the service is excellent and the people there are really nice. its close to the cinema at star zone, great to go to after a movie.

We went early on a Friday night and we got sat at a table and the waitress introduced herself and said she was assigned to us. We wanted to place an order however we were offered no drinks and we waited over an hour to place our order with another waiter. Then we waited again over an hour for our food. We got our meals 25 minutes apart. I had a chicken wrap and over 3/4 of the lettuce was either brown or the lettuce was slimy. The chicken was undercooked and not edible. When i complained about this i got offered a free garlic bread - no replacement meal. I was horrified and so we went to pay the bill. We were charged for the "free" garlic bread. When i complained again about the whole meal and the service we were given the garlic bread complimentry however i still had to pay for the chicken wrap even thought it could not be eaten. Staff were unhelpful and more concerned about seating other incoming customers. I had a very similar experience on my return trip.
