Pop in here once a fortnight on the way home from work for our family takeaway session. Been coming here for years. Have never eaten in the restaurant, most of the locals use the takeaway side of the restaurant, very popular. Never once had an issue with the food being unedible etc. Only once a few years ago one of the dishes was incorrect but must admit, it was really scrumptious and I get that dish regularly now. Yes, they do take a while as they always have loads of takeaway orders so I always ring through and get there half an hour later. They give you little treats as well ie the more you spend, the more freebies you get, and staff have always been friendly. Big lovely menu to chose from . Thanks

Stunned that they are still in business - should have guesssed by the complete lack of guests that something wasn't right. Ordered a bit of everything as you do when you try something new, and waited. and waited. For about 3/4 of an hour. Finally got our takeaways, (the smell was great by the way) and realised just why the place was empty. It was so bad that we threw it all away. 2 of our group spent the remainder of the night in the bathroom, and we all had stomach pains..

I lived in Logan from 2011 to 2012 and this was my favourite Asian restaurant in the local area. The first time we walked in for dinner I thought it was a bad sign that the restaurant was rather quiet. However the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. We especially enjoyed the entrees especially the curry puffs, and the beef rendang main.

We then came back for lunch a couple of times since they have good lunch specials, and I got delivery as well (there is a small delivery charge). The staff have always been friendly and lovely over the phone and in person. No hygiene issues here. Logan isn't known for exotic cuisine, something I really missed when I lived here for a year, and Hibiscus tasted authentic to me, one of the most authentic in the area. It offers Chinese and Malaysian however I preferred the Malaysian choices such as Beef Rendang, Char Kway Teow, Mee Hoon and Hor Fun.

Okay, a few good points, a few very bad ones...
We were lured in by the big sign "entree and main $6.95" (approx), well....
Service was quite good, although there were dirty plates sitting on vacant tables since we got there until we left-not a good look.
We got some water, and the glasses were dirty and the water bottle was FILTHY...not only that, but it used to be a soft drink bottle as it had a twist top, which was ingrained with dirt. We were debating whether to stay or not, but decided to stay.
The meal came with the "entree" of a spring roll.
Here is the good part- the meal was so very tasty- the best Chinese I have had in ages. I was thoroughly enjoying it, when...uh oh...there was a black, long hair in the middle of it, buried in it. I told the owner and he got me a fresh meal. My husband ordered another main, and got no spring roll this time.
What a shame it is so dirty there, as the food was very good, and from what i could see, the kitchen was clean.
