Helen was professional yet warm and caring. She is an excellent therapist who takes pride in doing a great job and meeting the clients needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone and am so glad I found her....I am definitely a regular client now!

I went to Helen last night for a Brazilian wax plus eyebrow shape/wax. I have had many brazilian's in the past at various salons including chains such as brazilian butterfly and essential beauty and this was by far the best. Helen didn't rush, she took her time and didn't miss any spots! Also no chunks of wax left sticking to the skin. I am very fair skinned and usually go very red after a wax but the wax was just the right warm temperature (not verging on scorching hot!) which helped a lot and also, for me, halved the XXX waxing pain! The least painful wax I've experienced. My eyebrows also look great, they are shaped just how I wanted them. I was due to get a spray tan after the waxing but Helen advised me this could not be done, as risk of sickness/infection due to open pores is very high on the same day. She said no tanning til the next day. I am 4.5 months pregnant so I was extra appeciative that Helen told me of this risk - I had no idea before. I will be going back to Helen as the level of service is fantasic and I get the impression she genuinely cares about your health, wellbeing and looks - - and not just making money and rushing clients through!

I was given a voucher for this beauty salon and had a spa pedi done just before Xmas. It was amazing! I had never had one before and I loved it! Will be back!

Helen is incrediably professional, very experienced and knowledgable. The salon is situated at Helens home, however, it was private, well maintained, very clean and tidy. Helen is very friendly and personable. I would recommend her services to all my friends.

Part of me does not want to recommend Helen because I want to keep her all to myself but then I would be doing a great disservice to anyone looking for a fantastic beauty therapist. She is the best. Makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable. She can't be beaten on efficiency, quality or value. I am so glad I found her and you will be too!

Found Helen on WOWMOW and as I am new to the area and needed a new 'waxing lady' I thought I'd give her a call due to the great reviews she has on this site.

Guess what?? The reviews are TRUE!! Helen is very professional and very very good at what she does. I am very fussy when I have waxing done as I have had some awful experiences before. Trust me, Helen is great!! She uses quality products and is very quick and efficient with her work. Even 'newbies' will feel comfortable as Helen makes you feel completely relaxed.

I think the worst thing about having waxing done is the 'bits' of wax you find still stuck when you get home and/or the 'patches' of hair that have been missed. I did not experience either of these things with Helen. As I said previously, this lady knows what she's doing!

Would not hesitate in recommending Helen at all! Fantastic all round! Thanks so much :)
