I booked Hayley to do some eyelash extensions for me a few days before my wedding, and I was not disappointed! She chatted to me about my preferred length and thickness and the result was perfect! Even the experienced make up artist I had on my wedding day commented that they were "beautiful" and of a good quality. I was initially just going to get the extensions for my wedding but now I will go back for refills as soon as I can!

I went to Helen last night for a Brazilian wax plus eyebrow shape/wax. I have had many brazilian's in the past at various salons including chains such as brazilian butterfly and essential beauty and this was by far the best. Helen didn't rush, she took her time and didn't miss any spots! Also no chunks of wax left sticking to the skin. I am very fair skinned and usually go very red after a wax but the wax was just the right warm temperature (not verging on scorching hot!) which helped a lot and also, for me, halved the XXX waxing pain! The least painful wax I've experienced. My eyebrows also look great, they are shaped just how I wanted them. I was due to get a spray tan after the waxing but Helen advised me this could not be done, as risk of sickness/infection due to open pores is very high on the same day. She said no tanning til the next day. I am 4.5 months pregnant so I was extra appeciative that Helen told me of this risk - I had no idea before. I will be going back to Helen as the level of service is fantasic and I get the impression she genuinely cares about your health, wellbeing and looks - - and not just making money and rushing clients through!

I was really impressed with Heather's professionalism and skill in regards to fitting me in to make alterations to my wedding gown at short notice (4 weeks before the wedding). I will be 4 months pregnant on my wedding day and the final alterations were done 2 weeks prior and final fitting & pick up 1 week prior to ensure the perfect fitting. The bodice and waist sits beautifully and the train bustles up very elegantly. Dress was pressed and is ready to put on this coming Saturday!! This is not a 'cheap' alteration service- Heather is an experienced couturier, but you get what you pay for; quality. I wouldn't trust my gown with a cheap alteration service for fear of it Looking altered! My dress now looks as though Heather made it from scratch to fit me - I am very happy. Will go back if here are any other formal occasions we have requirng her services!
