I have previously bought a voucher and had difficulty booking in an appt. When I did get one after much negotiation - the service was good. I recently bought another GROUPON voucher and again tried to book in 1 month in advance. I was placed on a waiting list - ( For 3 1/2 weeks ). I had nil contact at all. I rang on the expiry date of the voucher and was advised that the voucher has now expired and they could no longer assist. I was very disappointed that they could not provide the service and I did not receive any update whilst being on the waiting list. GROUPON have been fantastic - they returned my money and are now looking into the service delivery of Head to Toe Body Care Centre. Buyer beware - book the day you get the voucher or you will miss out.

Fantastic service every time! I always visit every 4 weeks for my microdermabrasions and always receive the best care from the treatment to the aftercare advice. So glad my friend recommended this gem.

Hi I went and had a facial, body wrap and pedicure on a discount voucher, unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the therapist but she was so kind, professional and really took the time and effort to make the experience a great one. I have to admit that it was great value for money and I would recommend it to anyone, well done. I was so impressed I have bought a Christmas voucher from them for a body treatment and hair cut/color

Just wanted to say i had my hair done at Head To Toe earlier today and it was honestly one of the best experiences ive had. Rikke is truely fabulous at foiling and got my colour just right. :D

had a microdermabrasion treatment here on tuesday and it was great! ive had them before but no one ever seems to really get all my dead skin off. the girl who did my facial even extracted my blackheads. got them off a voucher website and would DEFINATLY RECOMMEND!!

I just wanted to thank the staff at Head To Toe for my massage and manicure yesterday. I came in with a deals.com voucher and had Monique give me a fantastic massage. As a new mum who works three part time jobs i don't often get the opportunity to pamper myself. The manicurist, Alice, did a fantastic job of cleaning up my terrible cuticles. I had explained to the girls that i had to be out by 5.15 at the latest in order to pick my daughter up from childcare before they close and they were both most accommodating about my request and worked under the time constraints with absolute professionalism. Please pass on my thanks to the girls.

I bought a online voucher for this company for 3 microdermabrasion treatments. 2 locations brunswick and ascot vale. first appointment i went to the brunswick location, and felt the equipment was not up to previous experiences elsewhere, was not sure if it would be a good experience for skin, so the next time i went to the ascot vale one. terrible! she went so deep that i had wounds on my face/2 on my forehead and at the side of my nose when i left. Open abrasions, so scraped with pus (i know it doesnt sound very nice!) i should have followed up with them/done something about it, but didnt. my face healed, and i now go to another microdermabrasion person for monthly visit, but i do still have faint scars from this experience. the girl from ascot vale seemed nice enough, i just dont think from what she said that her training was of high enough level. I did not use 3rd coupon/voucher.

I bought a voucher for 2.5 hours of massage, facial and body wrap. Booking was made well before the expiry date and the service received did not match the deal bought. Total service delivered was only 1 hour!!!
Other businesses I have bought similar deals from have delivered what they have advertised and I paid for with exceptional experience and service. I can not say this was what was delivered at Head To Toe. Apart from the fact that the time was more than halved, the environment was not conducive to relaxing when local radio/music station was heard , hairdryers and other client conversations. I would not recommend and certainly would not pay full price for service.

I visited this salon in a last minute rush before the weekend and they were able to fit me in! I had both my hands and feet done in Shellac and they look fantastic! The girl who did my service Rebecca was friendly, experienced and even layered two different colours to give me a funky midnight blue look which i havent seen with Shellac. Would defiantly recommend to anyone :)

Just visited for a deal voucher and it was the best experience ive had at a salon! Warm friendly staff, glorious massage and excellent value!
