I ordered a hair straightener, leave in conditioner, heat protectant and a duo pack of shampoo and conditioner. They advertise next day delivery for orders over $80. My orders were over $350 and I received them 4 days later. They sent a single conditioner and no shampoo. When I asked for the shampoo that I paid for, they insisted that I had to go to the post office to return the conditioner to them before sending me what I paid for. I have returned the conditioner and I am still waiting to receive the duo that I paid $63 for. Terrible customer service. I will never shop with them again. I want my $63 back.

i have had my hair cut here a few times they always do an amazing job my sister got her tongue pierced here and they also done a good job, staff are always friendly!!

The last time I got my haircut I went to Hairhouse Warehouse cause they were doing a special I think it was $19.95 for a cut and shampoo that was good value. The did a really good job. The were also running on time so no waiting around.

The staff are friendly and I would recommend them to everyone. After having my hair burnt off by another salon I went to them in tears. All I wanted was my hair back. The girl i spoke to recommended that I repair my hair first with some products I bought and two weeks later I came back in and re done my color. My hair is not 100% better but with the stuff I am using its getting there. I am so happy and now go there all the time

They do really good haircuts and listen to what you say. They also have a great range of products that you can buy after you've tried them first hand

After visiting my usual hairdresser I went into Hairhouse Warehouse Tuggerah looking for a specific product. However the girl turned around and said that product was all wrong and tried to talk me into a product that was worth considerably more than the one I was wanting and pretty much wouldn't let me buy it. I turned around and walked out because she was too pushy!

This is probably a one off problem and only happens every 100 years but it did happen to me, I had a color done and it hasn't taken because I believe that the color was wrong and I also have a lot of gray/white hair, I really felt that I wasn't listened to and the color I was told would take so no problem there, well almost immediatly the following days it didn't take and wasn't a nice experience and because of the unwelcomeness i felt from the person I wouldnt bother to go back to complain, not to worry other things were good. So it had good points as well.

They always spend extra time making sure the hair style is perfect for me. They are always very good at quoting to give some idea of the cost. The hair care advice they give is unmeasurable, and the products they stock are brilliant.

They have a great range of products and services. I am hoping it was a one off the day my mum and I shopped there, but the salesperson we encountered was rude, didn't seem to want to help us and was more interested in Facebooking on her phone.
