Had a very poor experience with these people.
My wife took our little dog in to buy her a new harness to take her walking. After them trying a few different ones, they sent her home with one. When we came to try it, it was way too big, and that was with the adjustments at a minimum.
So, after about 10 minutes from when she left there, she went back to see if she could get a smaller size, but the one she had been sent away with was the smallest they had.
So, she asked for a refund. (As you would) But they said their policy was not to provide a refund, and they would give a credit instead.
When she came back home and told me the outcome, I "Hit the roof", went back and demanded they gave a refund.
I pointed out that what they did was unlawful, started talking about making a complaint to Consumer Affairs. They then capitulated and gave a refund. I told them I was never going to "Darken their door again.

I would Never recomend this Vetinary Practice to anyone.
The customer service is an disgrace,
they care nothing for the animals in need,as long as they are bringing in the $$$
Not one consultation i have had is under the $200 mark, with my beloved pets needing continual medical help due to their lack of competency.
Surgery Costing $1400 which was above the qouted amount, take her back for a check up and they tell me someting has gone wrong with her and it will cost another $1500 to hopefully fix it. this was on a Monday she needed new medication which they wouldnt give me as i didnt get paid until the Wed so sent my Girl on her way untill i could come back with the funds for her much needed meds, Yet it was after care and they were responsible for her. MY Opinion is im never setting foot in Greenfields Vets again due to the lack of campassion empathy and care for me beloved Family pets.

I would not recommend this practise to anyone. Three years ago I took my little dog in as she had been vomiting. Blood tests where taken and came back that her liver had high levels , she was put on antibiotics and I was told I should only bring her back in two weeks if she was still sick. She seemed fine and was not vomiting again. I was never at anytime told how serious a liver condition she might have, nor on any of the many occasions my dog had been back to the practise for routine checkups and vaccations did they ever seek to do any follow ups or even mention the previous liver problems and ask if she had any further problems. Meanwhile her liver was obviously getting worse and it was not until she started vomiting that I brought her in again and after blood tests they told me her bilirubin level was off the chart. After ultrasounds etc they put her on more antibiotics and liver medication. By this time she was very sick and they sent her to a specialist vet for treatment. The specialist told me she was in end stage liver failure and nothing could be done. When I went back to Greenfields vet they where still recommending a biopsy at a cost of $1600.00. I refused as I could see how sick she was and I thought the operation would kill her. I went back to the specialist and discussed the biopsy and they thought it not to be a good idea as there would not be much hea.thy liver there to take. At this stage I had to put my beloved dog to sleep as she was suffering terribly. My point in writing this review is tp make it clear that my dog was not given good care and the only aim of this practise is to make money by pushing treatments and products that they sell instead of taking the time to read a patients history and offer good care.

I found this surgery to be slightly pricey and i didnt get a very good feel from the people that worked their. They stock animal foods, accessories and their is usually a fair amount of clients.
Not bad if you have the money to spend.

Lovely practice, caring, kind and understanding staff. My dog was sick and ended up having to be put to sleep. The staff were very professional and compassionate. I definitely recommend this veterinary practice, you can see that they do love animals and its not just a job to them.

I took my cat here, he had to be put down. The customer service wasnt the best, it needs working on. Also, very money oriented. Though professional.

Friendly staff and friendly Vets. Very helpful with any questions you have. Like most vets these days tho not cheap at all but I figure they have to make money. The Vets there I have dealt with love animals a lot.

Approximate cost: $120
