I had a very negative experience with this business. I attended for a
quote for repair of damage to my vehicle. I was told the quote would
be emailed to me. The email did not arrive. I rang them the following
working day in the afternoon, and clarified my email address. I rang
them in total 5 times, over a period of 9 days, each time politely
clarifying my email address and phone number (requesting a call if
they had any problems with the email) before I eventually received the
quote. At no time did they say they did not want to give me a quote,
or that they did not want to repair the car.

I received the quote, however important details, such as my name, and
the make of my car were incorrect. Though I would not have been so
concerned about this, I was unable to have them correct the error, as
I was informed, in no uncertain terms, during our last phone
'conversation', (which ended by the person on the phone yelling at me
for a full minute), that they didn't want my business.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone (not even people that I dislike)! Not only did they take a month to fix small dents in my car, "repairs" that were not required were performed without instruction to do so and resulted in further damage to my car which had to be fixed by a more trustworthy mechanic. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!!
