Staff are friendly and they remember your name and order. Coffee’s are consistent across the whole team which is great so you know the quality you will be getting won’t disappoint.

A pleasant establishment, but nothing particularly special. I have gone here with friends a couple of times for a coffee or hot chocolate and it's pretty good. They are a little stingey on marshmallows, though.

A little pricey maybe, but then again, for a coffee shop in Williamstown, it's probably okay. Recently, I had a choc mint slice that was nice and all, but could have done with more mint, that was $4. Also the same for their 'TimTam Chiller', nice, but nothing too spectacular.

Soy milk on request and they are Rainforest Alliance certified. Also, their plastic knives are really good quality - very sturdy and useful!

Staff are absolutely fine, no issues at all. The shop is generally clean. It has a small collection of tables, chairs, barstools and armchairs inside and footpath tables and chairs out the front.

It can get a little crowded and noisy. Many young mothers bring young kids and there are a few childrens' books and toys, but generally, if there is a child there, you know about it.

The toilet is a funny one. It is a single disabled toilet for everyone and is located next to the storeroom. Lack of prominent signage and locked doors has resulted in me accidentally wandering into the storeroom looking for the toilet. Also there is currently no toilet roll holder, so the rolls rest on the stability handles.

So all in all, not a bad coffee house, nothing really spectacular.
