coffee is always nice at gloria jeans however service is poor staff seem to be more interested in what they are doing on the weekend rather than concentrating on there customers

I only had a coffee, but the coffee was enjoyable,it was a good temperature & very flavoursome. The surrondings are pleasant & is a good place to meet friends for a coffee

Very nice place for a coffe becouse its next to the bowling ally and its very close to teh movie entrance its a good place to grab a coffee and something small to eat.

They have a very clean shop the service was as expected the price was high but they do make a great caramal chiller to die for.

very busy little place which had me believing that patron acknowledgement and food and beverage would be high... unfortunately with gloria jeans, they expect you to pay the price but dont give a stuff about you after your seated. staff were polite but not overly so. management needs to desperately do something about this. coffee was burnt but i wen back and asked for a warm coffe which was a perfect temperature and delicious

The food there is definitely quality, but it's always difficult to find a seat, the employees are rude and the atmosphere makes me feel unwelcome. Okay if you just want to keep to yourself but not too social.

Firstly ill say the coffee was alright, although a bit cold. What Im rating this business for, is because of the discusting sandwhiches we were sold. They were egg and lettuce sandwhiches and were "special of the day". Now I wouldnt of thought special of the day meant that it was a week old and they would rather try sell them than lose a few dollars. The bread was stale, the egg was questionable, and the lettuce was literally brown and slimy. They would of had to of been sitting there at least 4 days. I took them back to the counter, and wasnt even offered so much as a refund or replacement. I had to ask for one.
