I rarely have issues with my internet connection, and the price is quite reasonable considering the data I download per month. The one time I did have a major issue with a power line that had fallen and caused us to lose internet, Telstra actually came and visited our house and claimed the line did not belong to them - however we were not home and could not argue as we knew it was them because nothing else had been lost (pay TV, telephone, etc). So we had to call bigpond directly and explain the issue in detail - of course we were on hold for hours and spoke to someone from overseas, then they said they'd said someone out. All in all, we were stood up on about 5 different occasions and were without internet for 2 weeks which was just death. I could not believe how long it took them to sort out what ended up to be such a simple issue.

I love the way these guys work - all my friends introduced threadless to me as they had raved on about how unique and amazing the designs are. My friends have even submitted designs and ideas to them as well, which is a great reflection of the kind of open-minded business they are. A great idea and I always get a lot of attention from the shirts I wear from them.

The clothes they have are so hard to find anywhere else and I always seem to find really decently priced clothing there, too. Usually a discount rack is full of the rejected ones, but those too are always great quality to be on a discount rack. Always willing to help out too.

I won 2 nights free here and it was such an enjoyable stay. I could easily walk to the beach and to local restaurants as it was right in the heart of such a pumping location! The pool and the facilities were great and the room gave a great view.

A really nice dining experience. A fantastic spot overlooking the water and the kids can play in the sand while you're still able to watch them from your table. The food is beautiful too and it's a lovely all-rounded restaurant who will cater for almost anyone.

These guys are amazing - the consultants will help you out, share their personal stories and are just so friendly. I have received so much help and they were such a pleasure to deal with. Gave me a number of travel brochures which from any other agency I have to pry from. Such great representatives of a great company.

Really lovely rooms and really reasonable prices in a local area walking distance from so many local attractions and touristy things. It's not even too far out from Surfers. I had a really enjoyable stay and it was a great place to stay for a short getaway.

RACQ is incredible. They always have the friendliest consultants on the phone and the one time that I did break down I was expecting an hour wait and was prepared for it too. They gave me a priority because I was an alone female at night time and said because of that it would be approx. 40 minutes, but someone was out in 5 minutes! So friendly and great value for money.

Really great dining experience. Very warm, friendly atmosphere that can cater to anyone's needs. I've gone here as a couple on a date, with my family or just with friends. Each time has been enjoyable, and the food is just to die for.

I don't even like Mexican food and I still go back to this place. I always seem to go with a rowdy bunch of friends and they are still friendly and accommodating despite how annoying I can imagine our volume would be to them. Quite a decent sized meal too for the price and a really amazing atmosphere. They won't say no to suiting your needs.
