I LOVE the atmosphere at Garuva! I think the price is pretty good. It's true that the meals aren't huge but it means there's no waste like there is when you get ridiculously big meals! I love the bar out the back with the beanbags, and they make great cocktails! I've never had any problems with the food, it's always been tasty & not given me any tummy upsets...

Unique atmosphere, used to take my friends there a lot, but the food standard has gone down quite, while the price has gone up a bit over the years. After a couple of bouts of food poisining now I never go there any more. I guess with the lights out you can't really see how rotten the food is on your plate. Anyway I'm suprised at how busy this place still gets.

I am always torn weather to give this place another chance. The food is nice , the service is HORRIBLE but the unique atmosphere is really something. I love the beanbag lounge and sitting on the floor to eat. But EVERY time when you go to pay for your meal you nare left waiting and waiting... and wiating. And then spoken to very rudley. We have waited almost 1/2 hour to pay onone occasion.

This was such a cool place. There is a dark little bar out the back with bean bags, and you dine on the floor in sectioned off bits of the restaurant. The food was delicious but for the price a bit small. I would go there again however.
