Since discovering Gaffney’s I take an hours detour to visit Heathcote. The Apple tart is truly amazing - beautifully presented and delicious. The pastry, whether sweet or savory, is what makes this bakery unique. The Double Chili pie knocks the socks off anyone that way inclined, however my chicken & leek pie was a delight. Can’t wait to visit to buy a specialty birthday cake and really keen to try their crumpets.

Excellent choice of pies, family sized and normal, absolutely amazing sweets and pastries. Coffee is very good to.Well worth the price tag, staff are incredibly friendly and we'll mannered, received fantastic what to buy advice from Jarrod and Loretta.
Will be back again.

The pies are so good here. Lots of range. Curry or the bacon and cheese are the best. Top quality food, It is usually busy but worth the wait. Great service

called in here to grab a pie and drink the pie was really good and hot as well the customer service was ok and the cakes and slices looked that yummy that i had to get one as well very reasonable prices and i had a very enjoyable lunch thanks

I have stopped in Gaffney's a few times now each time thinking they can't possibly be rude everytime to all these ppl or they wouldn't be in Business? or is it just me?

Well again yet another visit to gaffney's thinking I might just get better service this time, I was wrong.
Three times the girl called out " can I help anyone?" I raised my hand as I do and again nothing, I'm a little over Gaffney's and don't think I'll even bother again, their stuff isn't that great anyway, I've had better and I didn't in the end get what I'd asked for so all in all another disappointing visit there on my way through.
The Pastry on the tart was way to think as was the pastry on the vanilla slice was tough and rubbery and the custard in the vanilla slice was a little old, It seemed like it had been standing for some time. And I feel they are overpriced, $4.50 for a vanilla slice is a tad much.

Best hot pies in heathcote so many flavours yummy and the best service for a small shop in a small town but busy bit of wait but well worth it wont be dissapionted at all keep up the amazing baking

The best country bakery in Victoria. They have such an extensive range of products, all top quality. My favourite pie is the chicken bacon and mustard pie but they have one so many awards over the years for their pies. Service is great and staff very friendly and make you feel in a comfortable warm environment

I stopped into Gaffney's a few weeks ago on the way back from Wallan and had one of their sausage rolls and a muffin. Both tasted good although a little pricey. Service was a bit slow but the lady who served us was very cheery and talkative. I bought a loaf of bread to take home for later and it still tasted rather fresh the following day.

The bakery had been recommended by a friend so early one market day we gave it a try. So glad we did. They have a wide range of pastries breads and pies. We had a large portion of coffee scroll and coffee all round.The waitress was prompt with our order.The coffee was good and the scroll was scrumptious. We will definitely call again.
