Whenever we have a phone problem we ring John, Margaret & the gang at Fettells. Our latest issue was a mobile modem which wasn't baby proof. Telstra decided to stuff us around despite the fact we owned our old modem & wanted the new 1 put on our plan. The lovely girl (I can't remember her name) argued the point with Telstra on our behalf so we had minimum down time.

This is a family run company, with a very high level of expertise in their field. The service and attention to detail is one that has to be experienced to be believed. They will tell you if your original idea was correct or suggest something that would be more effective and the service is great.
