Whilst this is a chain bakery the people that own this run it more like a family business. Yes I have been there when they have been fighting but at least when they offer you service with a smile it is a real smile. They do run out of hot food early, but if they have something cold in the fridge they are happy to sell it to you, unlike other bakeries. Go there early if you want something specific, otherwise enjoy a a shop run by real people

I used to frequent this store weekly to buy a pastie... I kept giving them a "Second Chance" several times.... I would go there anytime btw 12.30pm and 2pm and NOT ONCE did they have a hot pastie to sell me. (More than not I was given a cold one quickly heated in the microwave) The people that work there are loud, and patronising, (calling me pet names like darl and sweetie etc). They often chat among themselves while serving customers, which was very annoying. Sorry ladies, you lost a regular customer .
