After emailing this store with a complaint and problem with my purchase (dining suite -could not assemble it and had put screws right thru a chair) I received a phone call not 10 mins later... They were very apologetic about my "dilemma", and immediately offered to have it assembled free, and gave me a new chair!. I had been up till 1a.m. trying to put it together, they then said they would post a $100 voucher for my troubles. Doesn't get any better than that for aftersales service, now does it? .... I have vowed to always purchase furniture from them from now on! Thank you Brent from Super Amart, and Greg (the assembler) for being so kind and friendly to a single woman who has no idea how to assemble furniture!!
Approximate cost: $495
I have been going to Bill now for around 7 or 8 years. He is honest, thorough, and DOESN'T take advantage of women who know little about mechanics. His pricing is very reasonable and he will tell you exactly what needs doing and when. Can't imagine myself going anywhere else... please don't retire Bill!!
I have been a customer at this store for about 9 years. The staff are friendly, helpful and always have time to give you. Their honesty is refreshing and they will tell me exactly what they think of what I am trying on. I trust their opinions implicitly. Well done girls, you do Millers proud.
I have been a patient at this clinic for about 10 years now. Cannot fault them in anyway.. The girls that work there are friendly and informative, and all the doctors are up to date with medical advances. Even tho it is about 8 kilometers from where I live, it is all worth the drive. Couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else.
I used to frequent this store weekly to buy a pastie... I kept giving them a "Second Chance" several times.... I would go there anytime btw 12.30pm and 2pm and NOT ONCE did they have a hot pastie to sell me. (More than not I was given a cold one quickly heated in the microwave) The people that work there are loud, and patronising, (calling me pet names like darl and sweetie etc). They often chat among themselves while serving customers, which was very annoying. Sorry ladies, you lost a regular customer .
I have been going to this Chinese cafe, every Friday for more than 7 years. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is friendly and quick. I have never been able to match their Mongolian Beef with any other Chinese restaurant I have been to. A great place to sit down, relax, and have lunch after a tiring morning shopping!
Approximate cost: $7
I have been to this hotel several times over several years, and have never had one complaint about it, although I do agree the salads and sweets could be a little more "inviting". The vegetables are always hot and colorful, and no matter what meat I have, it is always cooked the way I like it.. (Their pepper sauce is to die for btw). I heard a new chef may be starting in the coming weeks, so for anyone who has had a bad experience, why not give it another try?
If there is one problem with this hotel, its the parking... although I doubt that anything could be done about it, so don't worry about a little walk, you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
I am sure
What a wonderful shop this is. Lots of choices with mouth watering cakes, pies, bread etc. Also combined with it, is a gift shop.... lovely jewelery (perhaps a little expensive), greeting cards etc. But best of all is the wonderful friendly service from all staff members. I go there every Saturday to enjoy a weekend treat along with a coffee and the paper... very relaxing and I look forward to it every week
