I had a lot of trouble with the call centre staff - rude, refused to let me speak to a manager, kept changing the story, etc. However, this is the SYDNEY call centre. The staff at the Perth depot were very helpful and friendly and I was more than happy after getting off the phone with the owner. If you have troubles with Fastway - ask to be transferred direct to the Perth branch!!

NOTE: Even if you call the Perth Branch direct number it will still go to the Sydney Call Centre so you have to request to be transferred to Perth

Most inconvenient delivery company I have ever come across. They claimed to have attempted delivery on a Thursday. No card was left and on the Friday I received a text message advising me to arrange re-delivery. I called and was advised they have no after hours service and I could walk from the CBD to Port Melbourne to pick up. I was also told that I should have been available for the 2 business days it may arrive on. As someone who works 9-5 and travels for work this is not possible. I was then advising any redirection to somewhere I could pick up would cost an extra $5.50 because as far as they were concerned it was delivered. They then advised me to contact the seller as the seller is their customer not me. They were rude and their service entirely inflexible. Use Australia Post that would be better for anyone considering this service.

Have been a customer for 2 1/2 years. As off October they didn't notify me that they were no longer picking up from my area, didn't return phone calls and after meeting the new owner in November, have still no answer to my queries. Looking to refund my prepaid labels if they do not want to provide a service. Formal complaint made at Head Office and still no reply.

Approximate cost: $100.00

After a official complaint was lodged with Ho. Perth Fastway agreed to collect all my labels and issue refund. Told that courier would collect them on weekend 10/11th March.......2 weeks later still waiting.

Employee went to collect on Saturday, no one was at home or answered the door. Labels were meant to be left under front door mat, however was not their.
Ellenbrook isnot currently service by a franchisee.

No this never happened as I specifically stayed home that weekend. This business has serviced this area right up until change of ownership in Oct/Nov. As I was home, no one knocked on my door and no one pulled into my drive. More excuses from Fastway Couriers. Still have not rectified the situation after 7 months........

Have been a loyal customer of Fastway Couriers for two years. Called in late October to have a parcel collected. After numerous calls and three days finally sent parcel with other means. Went and spoke to the new owner around November 3rd 2011. He asked for a week to check into the sittuation as they were no longer servicing the area I am located in. In late Dec after leaving several messages, I contacted the sales department at Fastway. Told that he would get back to me by the end off the week, never happened. Today the 1st of February, I have inquired about a refund for the pre purchased labels. Got put on hold, hung up on and finally told the boss was not in and would return my call. Disgusting customer service and follow through. Would not use this company again

Lost a large and expensive parcel 120cm x 70cm, even though it had a tracking number and arrived and scanned at their depot.
