I’ve been going to face to face for about 10 years now, and sadly my last visit is going to be my last.
I’m very particular about how my hair is done and who cuts it, but the last 5 cuts haven a disaster, needless to say……not happy at all

Naomi and her team are professional, friendly and very helpful. I have been going to her for approximately 7 years now and have not had a bad cut or colour in that time. The salon is very reasonable with their changes and is always clean and tidy. I don't know about the other girls but Naomi keeps up to date with styles and will always try something new and fresh whilst always listening to you as to want you want.

I got my hair trimmed from here. For me, just an ordinary hairdresser that just does the job.
BUT Professional service and friendly people.

My husband followed Naomi from her previous salon .. he won't have his hair cut anywhere else. She is friendly, professional and very quick too.
Last year she did an 'updo' for my school reunion - I had comments about my hair all night.

At Face to Face, I have found all the staff to be highly trained and highly professional. All are approachable and the services are of a great quality. Face to Face is the only place I will go for hair, nails and beauty.

I have been going to face to face for many many years now and has recently been taken over by new management whom was currently one of the lovely hairdressers, her name is Naomi she has provided excellent service and all the ladies here are absolutely wonderful.
I highly recommend them.

I visited this place last year and I gave them 3 chances but they just could not get my colour right. After the last time, my forhead was burnt with bleach and was flaking for many weeks later. The girl I had did not wash out the colour properly so it came out in the shower for over a week after. I was having 2 separate colours in my hair though it was already like that when I went to this salon, I was just getting regrowth done and a colour update. Overall I would say they are very average but perhaps ok for someone who wants something fairly cheap and not too challenging.

The ladies here are so lovely here. They are always happy to see their customers and always up for a good chat while working on beautifying their customers.
