One of the easiest, cheapest and best ways to shop for clothes. I just love their 'Together' and 'Apart' ranges, beautiful clothes at very reasonable prices. Try them on at home and return them if you're not happy.

I order most of my clothing from this company because I can't go shopping myself and it seems to be the only online clothing shop with moderate prices. I wouldn't purchase clothing without trying on if I didn't have to, and had to experiment quite a bit with sizes to begin with, necessitating a lot of returns and postage costs. I still have to return quite a few items because of varying fit and quality and colours not being what I expected. Usually the refund has come through in a reasonable time, but on one occasion I'm sure they waited until the last day before an investigation into a "lost" return before it magically turned up.

I ordered two tops but upon arrival i was not satisfied with their quality so I decide to return them. It took them over a month to refund my money. When I called customer service they were unable to verify if they had received my items becuase they are shipped back to NZ. They were of no help and a little rude. Also shipping was slow. It took about two weeks to get my items which is well below par compared to other online retailers who usually deliver within a few days.

Generous catalogues regularly mailed out as well as a fantastic website with bonuses & discounts emailed to me. Prompt postage and easy to contact by phone (1800 number). Easy to swap clothes over if the wrong size etc.

I love having my clothes come to me and trying them on in the privacy of my own house and if you spend over $100 you get it delivered in about 2 days which was so wonderful not having to wait. They even sent the new sale catalogue with my order.
