Katrina & Andrea have been fabulous all the way through. As a first time home/house buyer I had multiple questions. Eureka Conveyancing have been great. Reasonably priced and they have been there with me all the way, holding my hand through the process. I’m sure that a lot of my questions/queries were overly frequent/over the top, but they have always responded in a timely, helpful, professional manner. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
Miserably unreliable service. Everything took much longer than it needed to, poor communication, extremely inefficient. Would definitely NOT recommend this conveyancer to anybody.
I believe I know who has made this review and it is absolutely inaccurate! Furthermore, if there was any issue that you encountered, it was never brought to my attention or discussed. The settlement was delayed due to a delay first of all with your own settlement in NSW and then a further delay from the vendors, who had misplaced their title. You contacted me multiple times a day and you were ALWAYS responded to and kept up to date with the developments. Very poor review based on facts that you clearly have left out. Disappointing that you couldn't contact us with your grievances to discuss properly, instead of putting a false negative review. As we are anything but unreliable or inefficient!
If you need a great conveyancer in Ballarat, I could not recommend Eureka Conveyancing more...!!! We had certainly made a great choice, to proceed in using them to purchase our investment property. Not only was she (Katrina)the cheapest of three quotes I sourced, she had also been a recommended contact of our mortgage Broker.
Every step of the way she preformed her job with such professionalism, attention to detail and were constantly updated on our properties progress and were explained everything in such detail. She addressed problems promptly and without hesitation. She certainly exceeded past our expectations, providing support well above what we expected.
Her perfessionalism is impeccable along with her customer service skills, making you feel at ease even in the most stressful dilemmas, in which we experienced.
She was with us every step of the way, and we could not be more thankful of being taken care of so well.
I will have no hesitation in recommending her services to others.
