This is a great market compared with a lot of the other regular ones that are around. It is true that it was considered "better" years ago, but I still think it's really worth a visit. The stall holders are all very friendly and there are a lot of interesting and unique things you can find. It would be good if there were some more unique stalls and less of the "dime a dozen" ones that have moved in BUT in saying that, it's still one of the best regular markets around!

Can find alot of things, reasonably priced at these markets and all the shop/stall workers are really friendly and eager to help you. I went in there to find a present for my niece, asked a shop keeper to help me and in 10mins I was walking out with the perfect present

I was looking forward to going to the markets and making the most of a spare morning to browse and pick up some bargains and one-off pieces. Disappointing! Very junky and not much craft or original stuff. Wandered through all the stalls within 15 minutes without buying a single thing. Some reasonable looking food outlets but we weren't hungry.

Great markets, with weekend trade only, just across the road from Ferry Road where the ferry comes in from Palm Beach, with accommodation above the markets, for anyone wanting to stay over night or longer, lots of different stalls in there , plus food outlets
